I love it!


I made this yummy penne alfredo for dinner, and I was going to post the recipe here. I was trying to take a pretty picture of it, and Blake was sitting on the counter watching. I clicked the picture just as he decided to go in for a taste.

Quick Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup half-and-half
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
a shake or two of itlian seasoning

Combine the butter, cream cheese, and half and half in a saucepan. Season. Bring to a low boil over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, until thickened slightly. Serve over 12 ounces of pasta.
