We've only bought the plastic version because that is precisely what I expect to happen with the metal version. Of course, each plastic slinky has a tendency to turn into 2 or 3 smaller plastic slinkies which is just as annoying, lol. They should make them out of a more indestructable material!

Cute :) Kyle used to really like slinkies, and I think I bought him one for almost every holiday because they would end up looking like that!
I've been wanting to get Ian a slinkie, but that's exactly how I picutre it looking after about 5 minutes of Ian and Avery fighting over it!
