Blake was so excited about his birthday yesterday. On Wednesday, Eric let him pick out one of his gifts at WalMart. He picked a Thomas the train. He asked for it every day until Sunday. We let him open it first thing in the morning. Eric usually gets up with the kids on Sundays, so after he opened it, I went back to bed. Eric went to the bathroom, and while he was in there, Blake found his other present from us (on top of thee fridge!) and climbed up there, got it down and opened it! I heard him say, "Come on Drew, Happy Birthday!" and then I heard paper being torn. That's when I realized what was happening. Of course, by then it was too late. Oh well. It was his birthday after all. Little sneak! Starting around four o'clock in the afternoon, he stood by the door waiting for guests. Guests that weren't coming until 7:00.

He got tons of gifts and had a blast. Apparently it was a long day for him, because while the guests were still here, he took off his clothes and went to bed.
