This past week, Eric's parents moved into their condo. The boys had not seen it yet. Eric was planning on going over there tonight to change the power cord for the dryer for them and he suggested maybe we should all go.
So, around 4:30pm we loaded into "Daddy's cahhhh!" and went to the condo. We talked a little bit about how Grandma and Grandpa have a new place to live and they won't be at their old house anymore.
We got there, and they went right in walked through the kitchen and dining room in search of Grandpa. No big deal. They were perfectly happy. They did wander around checking things out, and Drew said, "Grandma, Grandma's NEW house?"
We went to Frisch's Big Boy for dinner, then came back to the house so Eric could work on the dryer. The boys didn't hesitate to ask for a snack and milk, the played with the toys, Blake removed the cushion from one of the chairs and plopped down, slinging his legs over the side and watched Monsters, Inc which was on Disney Channel.
Neither one was too thrilled when I told them it was time to leave. Funny, some transitions are surprisingly easy.

Well with the new house, no more hidiing down the hallway and slamming doors.
So true. We pretty much know where they are at all times.
