This is what our backyard looked like yesterday morning about eight o'clock. See the little pile of snow left from the snowman? He has now been buried. We got another snowstorm that started late morning yesterday. Around eleven, Drew wanted to go out and play in it. There wasn't much to play in, but I let him go out anyway.
He stayed out about a half hour, and was none too happy when I made him come in. Later in the afternoon, Eric went out to shovel the drive, and Drew went back out tohelp.
This was taken around five o'clock.
They came in, and we ate supper. We were hanging out, and my mom and dad came over for a visit. Their Christmas party they were planning on going to was cancelled. The boys had lots of fun. They both tried on Grandma's coat, and fought over it. So, they got out Grandpa's coat, which wasn't near as much fun. (no furry collar)
And they clomped around in Grandma's and Eric's shoes. It was quite a sight to behold.
Drew fell asleep in the toyroom around ten, and Blake got in bed with me while Eric watched Saturday Night Live on the sofa. Overall, it was a good day.

it sure is a difference from one day to the next! We got a little bit of snow last year and Kayla didn't care for it one bit...at least she didn't when I took her out and she didn't like walking in it!
thanks for entering the contest!
I love good days.
Best wishes
