I have GOT to get back to work!

All these snow days and I can't stay out of my kitchen! This is what I made today:



It's a Jello Poke Cake. I made a yellow cake mix as directed and let it cool about 15 minutes. I poked holes all over the top with a large fork. Then I mixed a large box of strawberry Jello with 2 cups of boiling water. I stirred it for two minutes then poured it over the cake. Popped it in the fridge for 3-4 hours and iced it with Cool Whip.
