Anyway, to the original point of the post! Drew asked me for some toast this morning. I was busy ironing a shirt for Eric so I gave Drew step-by-step directions for how to make it. And he was a willing student! He did it just fine and was quite proud of himself. Yeah Drew's toast!

Okay, is he for REAL? Thank you, I will never have to think of him EVERY MORNING! Know why? Because EVERY MORNING when Ian pops up awake, the first thing he says is...you got it...."toast". Maybe I'll start singing that to him.
Also, what's up with toasters when sometimes you go to push it back down to make it darker and the darn thing makes an annoying noise and won't stay down? Does it think it knows better than me when my toast is done? We now use a toaster oven. It doesn't argue. :)
